Ingredients
- 1 bottle dry red wine
- 2 pears
- 2 red apples
- 1 orange peal
- 250 grams white RAR sugar
- 200 milliliters warm water
- juice of 1 lemon
- cloves and cinnamon to taste
Instructions
- In a pan mix the sugar and warm water, diluting the contents well.
- Bring to a low heat with the spices, the orange peel and the lemon juice, letting it simmer until well caramelised.
- Then add the wine and another 300 ml of warm water, mixing well and letting it simmer for another 5 minutes.
